Thanks to having the Blogger app on my iPhone, posting has gotten much easier. With that said, not having a computer keyboard has made me less enthused to write out recipes for each post. I'll do better at providing more details... but for this one, I'm only posting pictures

Leftover "Hot Pockets"

Nothing makes my wife happier than when I agree to keep meals simple by using leftovers.... Nothing makes me happier than making a fun dinner on Sundays.... This week I combined the 2. I created 4 types of mini calzones (hot pockets) containing something that had been made during the week.

The leftovers:

* Pesto

* Filet Mignon

* Chicken Tenders
